This paint elevation was done on a standard synthetic soccer ball in order to make it look like a real leather ball. It was designed to look like it has a patina and some light wear and dirt. I used acrylic scenic paint and a semi-gloss finish. The ball was made for Oklahoma City University's 2025 production of King Lear.
